Join our ranks of happy customers! My air conditioner went out, and my repairman was having a really difficult time figuring out what the problem was. He replaced most of the parts, but couldn't get the unit to work. I called Stephen B. Forsythe, Inc. to help troubleshoot. After talking to the repairman, he figured out that there was a nick in the electrical wire running to the unit that had disintegrated. He found the problem in the underground wire and was able to fix it without rewiring the whole unit. He knew just what to do, and repaired it fast.
